You are fully responsible for the security of your account information and all order activities under your account. Account transfer, resale or authorization to third parties is not allowed.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to display real and accurate pictures and descriptions for all our rice husk cutting boards. However, slight color differences may exist between physical products and screen displays due to different device screens, resolutions and light environments.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, adjust product prices and discontinue any product without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit purchase quantities for individual orders based on actual inventory conditions.

All product prices, discounts and promotional activities are subject to change without prior notice. The final settlement price of your order shall follow the price displayed when you complete payment.
All listed product prices do not include consumption tax, shipping fees, customs duties and other import-related fees unless otherwise specified. Any limited-time promotion shall prevail over general terms once conflicts occur.
You promise to provide valid payment information and settle all order fees including product fees, shipping fees and applicable taxes on time.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All delivery times provided by our store are only estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by logistics carriers, customs clearance, extreme weather or other force majeure events beyond our control.
Once goods are handed over to logistics carriers, the risk of loss and damage of products will be transferred to you automatically.

Our online store is built and hosted on Shopify. All purchase transactions, product quality disputes, after-sales return and refund services are directly provided by GoFreshBoards. Shopify is not responsible for any product problems, order disputes and after-sales issues arising from your orders in our store.

We will collect and process your personal order information in accordance with our independent Privacy Policy. Your personal data will only be used for order processing, logistics arrangement and after-sales service, and will not be leaked to irrelevant third parties without your consent.

3. Assignment: You cannot transfer your rights and obligations under this agreement without our written approval. We can transfer agreement rights without prior notice.
4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
5. Terms Update: We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service irregularly. Your continued use of our store after updates means you accept the revised terms.
