Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day general return policy for all our cutting boards, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard 30-day return, all returned cutting boards must be kept in brand-new original condition: unused, unwashed, no knife scratches, no stains or water damage, with all original tags, protective films and complete original packaging intact. A valid order receipt or official proof of purchase is also required for all return applications.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a complimentary return shipping label, along with step-by-step guidelines covering shipment methods and return delivery address. Please note that unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will be rejected directly.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your rice husk cutting board and packaging carefully upon delivery. If you receive cracked, broken, defective boards or an incorrect product, kindly contact us immediately. Our team will conduct a full assessment of the issue and offer a targeted resolution promptly, including free replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Exclusive 3-Year Anti-Mold Warranty (Cutting Boards Only)
We provide a unique 3-year official mold warranty specially for all our rice husk cutting boards. If your cutting board grows mold under normal household use within 3 years after purchase, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. No extra return fee will be charged for quality-related mold issues.
Exclusion: This warranty does not cover mold caused by improper maintenance, such as long-term soaking in water, unwashed food residue left on the board, or storage in fully closed damp spaces without ventilation.
Exchanges
Direct product exchanges are not available for standard returns. The most efficient way to obtain your preferred item is to complete a standard return for your original order first. After your return is confirmed and approved, you may place a brand-new separate order for the replacement product you need.
Note for warranty exchanges: For items covered by our 3-year mold warranty, direct free replacement is supported without extra purchase required.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding our standard 30-day return policy above, customers whose orders are shipped to the European Union are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your order or return purchased items within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required.
The identical return eligibility terms apply to EU orders: rice husk cutting boards must remain unused without any knife marks or water damage, with complete original tags and intact original packaging, and valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds
We will send you an official notification once we receive and complete quality inspection of your returned parcel, updating you on whether your refund application has been approved.
Once approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please kindly note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to release and post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control.
